At Good Lite, every marble and metallic finish sculpture is carefully inspected and securely packed before dispatch. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, slight variations in texture, shade, or finish may occur and are considered unique characteristics of the artwork.

Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • Product received in damaged condition
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Manufacturing defect

  • Order number
  • Unboxing video (mandatory for damage claims)
  • Clear images of the product and packaging

Products must be unused and returned in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Minor color/texture variations
  • Products damaged after delivery due to customer handling

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you regarding the refund approval.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
